Order processing

Orders are reviewed after they are submitted. Manual-payment orders remain pending or submitted until payment is independently verified. You will see status changes in your account.

Sales region

Just Buy & Co. currently accepts orders only for delivery addresses in Fiji, Samoa, and Australia. Checkout validates the selected delivery country before creating an order.

Delivery

Delivery charges are shown at checkout from the configured rate for the selected country. Checkout is unavailable when a regional rate has not been enabled.

Returns

Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged or materially different from its description. Eligibility depends on the product condition and category. Keep the item, packaging and proof of purchase while your request is reviewed.

Cancellations

Pending or confirmed orders may be cancellable before processing begins. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
